eo contact lens toast brown

I've been wanting for so long to wear contact lens again, but this time it's not only for aesthetic purposes but because I badly need them. It has been more than a year since I last wore a pair of contact lens. Now, I will wear contact lens with grade. (Oh my, is this a sign of adulthood?!)

To begin with, I'm wearing eyeglasses for more than a year now for my astigmatism problem. After such span of time, it's just now that I know what my grade is! Yeah honestly I don't know, all I know is that my pair of eyeglasses is for astigmatism, period. Wearing eyeglasses is fine with me but my problem is, mine is very heavy for me. It's my first time to buy eyeglasses back then so I was so excited and even forgot to take note that I need to buy a pair that is lightweight. I just bought a pair which I think looks good on me and now I've been ranting how heavy it is that's why I don't wear it often, it irritates me and I feel uncomfortable.

I'm so lucky they have an ongoing promo. 50% off in all lenses! I'm jumping with joy! 😀 So after my eye check-up, now I know that my grade is -0.25 on both sides. However, the optometrist told me that it's still better to use my eye glasses and I cannot achieve 100% clear eyesight with my contact lens because my eyes are not heavily graded. It's fine with me as long as I won't wear my glasses at work.

Few Tips when buying eyeglasses (based from experience) :

Look for a frame that will enhance your face shape.
It must be lightweight or else you'll end up with the same problem like me.
When buying contact lenses, it's really good to pick the color that will also enhance your look. Don't go for overboard colors.
